As Salisterra at The Upper House bids farewell to chef Cary Docherty after nearly two years, the restaurant welcomes Ricardo Chaneton of Mono, Tatler Dining’s Restaurant of the Year 2023, as a culinary advisor to help shape the new Mediterranen-inspired menu. Chaneton’s restaurant will continue to operate under his leadership.
