The pinnacle of Arbor’s 5th anniversary celebrations

The pinnacle of Arbor’s 5th anniversary celebrations leads to the long-awaited reunion of Arbor and La Cime ever since 2019. Chef-owner of two-Michelin-starred La Cime, Yusuke Takada will join forces with Arbor’s own Eric Räty to present an extraordinary four-hands menu on December 11 (dinner) and December 12 (lunch and dinner), co-creating each and every dish. Building on a shared passion for the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients, and in crafting precise, innovative and beautifully executed cuisine, the two chefs are set to deliver a very special occasion of artistry, inspiration, and exuberance of Nordic, French and Japanese finesse.

Takada opened La Cime in Osaka in 2010, which earned its first Michelin star in the same year. In 2016, the restaurant received its second Michelin star. La Cime is widely recognised as the preeminent French restaurant in Osaka and is currently ranked eighth among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.

Hailing from Finland, chef-owner Eric Räty has been at the helm of Arbor since its opening in 2018, and has firmly established the restaurant as an iconic destination in Hong Kong. Arbor garnered its first Michelin star within seven months of its opening, and was bestowed with its second star the next year, a testament to its celebrated excellence.

Dinner on December 11 and 12, 2023 is priced at HK$3,888. Lunch on December 12, 2023 is priced at HK$1,088. Add on a wine pairing for HK$1,500. A 10% service charge applies.
