Celebrate Christmas with your loved ones with a festive menu

Perla invites you to join them for a culinary experience like no other, featuring head chef Fabiano Palombini's festive menus amongst the clouds, offering two menus for this holiday season.

First, Perla presents their six-course Christmas menu, priced at HK$1,680, available for lunch and dinner from December 24-26. Experience the magic of the season with dishes like caviar and seared potatoes; Brittany blue lobster with artichoke and rhubarb; pappardelle pasta with Alaskan king crab, bisque and basil; wild pink sea bream with pumpkin and crosnes; French pigeon served with seasonal mushrooms; and finish with a very festive Italian panettone served with apricot and warm zabaione.

Next, indulge in their six-course New Year's Eve menu, priced at HK$1,880, available on the 31st of December for both lunch and dinner. Savour the flavours of cured striped jack with cucumber and green apple, lentil soup with guanciale and parmesan cheese, Brittany blue lobster with artichoke and rhubarb, spaghettone with cacio e pepe and bottarga, wild pink sea bream with pumpkin and crosnes, and finish with Jivara chocolate, toasted hazelnut, vanilla ice cream and crispy tuile.
